ප්‍රමාණ ප්‍රමාණ සමික්ෂකවරයා (Quantity Surveyor) වනාහි ඉදිකිරිම් ක්ශේත්‍රයේ වෘත්තිය උපදේශක වරයෙකි. .ඉදිකිරිම් ආර්ථික විදයාඥ (Construction Economists), ඉදිකිරිම් මුල්‍ය කලමනාකරු(Construction Cost Manager) හා මුල්‍ය ඉන්ජිනේරු(Cost Engineer) යන නම් වලින්ද හදුන්වන්නේ මෙම වෘත්තිකයාමය.
උපදේශකයෙකු වශයෙන් ඉදිකිරිම් ව්‍යාපෘතියක ශක්‍යතා අධයනයේ (Feasibility study) සිට ඉදිකිරිම් නිමවෙනතුරු ඇස්තමෙන්තු(Estimates) පිලියෙල කිරිම හා මුලය සුපරික්ශනය(Cost monitoring) තුලින් ඔහු වයාපෘතිය සදහා දායක වෙයි. . තවද වයාපෘතිය අවසන්විමෙන් පසුවද සමථකරණය(Mediation) , බේරුම්කරණය (Arbitration) හා රක්ෂණ ඇස්තමෙන්තු පිලියෙල කිරිමද ඔහු සිදු කරයි.
ප්‍රමාණ ප්‍රමාණ සමික්ෂකයන් ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් කොන්ත්‍රත් ප්‍රමාණ ප්‍රමාණ සමික්ෂකයන්(Contractor Quantity Surveyor) ලෙස ඉදිකිරිම් ආයතනවල හා උපදේශක ප්‍රමාණ ප්‍රමාණ සමික්ෂකයන් (Consultant Quantity Surveyor) ලෙස ඉදිකිරිම් උපදේශක ආයතනවල රැකියාවන්හි නිරත වේ.ඉට අමතරව බැංකු, රක්ශණ සමාගම්, දේපල සංවර්ධන සමාගම්, ආරක්ෂක අංශ හා අධ්‍යාපන ආයතනද ඔහුගේ සේවය ලබාගනි.

ප්‍රමාණ පත්‍රය(Bill of Quantities) යනු ඉදිකිරිම් ව්‍යාපෘතියකට අවශ්‍ය අමුද්‍රවය අයිතමයන් ලෙස අඩංගු කර ඇති ලියවිල්ලකි. වාස්තුවිද්‍යාඥයා විසින් සැලසුම්කරලද සැලසුමට අනුව පිලියෙල කරනා මෙය ටෙන්ඩර් කටයුතු සදහා මෙන්ම ඉදිකිරිම් කොන්ත්‍රත්කරුගේ ගෙවිම් සදහා,විචලනයන්(Variations) සදහාද යොදාගනි.මෙම ලියවිල්ල පිලියල කරනු ලබන්නේ ප්‍රමාණ සමික්ෂවරයා විම ඔහුට එම නාමය ලැබිමට හේතුවයි.
සාමානයෙන් ප්‍රමාණ සමික්ෂකයන් කාර්යාල අශ්‍රිතව රැකියාව කරන අතර සේවා යෝජකයා හා අනෙකුත් ඉදිකිරිම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ සාමාජිකයින් සමග වැඩ බිම් නිරික්ශනයද සිදු කරයි.

ReplyDeleteOption 1 - Tech eke Certificate eka(3yr) NVQ 5. Then oyata UNIVOTEC eke BSc eka karanna puluvan. (BSc is an educational qualification)
DeleteOption 2 - IQSSl joing wela professional level 1 to 3 karala APC face karala Chartered QS wenna puluvan. (Chartered is a professional qualification)
Option 1 gihin(BSc karala), then graduate entrance exam karala IQSSL eke graduate member wenna puluvan, then APC gihin chartered QS wenna puluvan.
Mama personally kemathi Option 1 ta, mokada BSc and chartered dekama ganna puluvan route 1k nisa.

DeleteIf you have no one to finance, you can go to Technical colleges.
DeleteFirst decide how much you can spend then check with various institution on their course fee and decide what does match you financial capacity.
Something else, You did bio and waiting results. So, why you are not doing you’re A/L ones again? Government has given three attempts for all, not to waste, get use of it. If you have financial issue, best way is to re do A/L and select to a gov. uni. rather paying you parents priceless earning to a businessman. Then you can even continue education till PDd for free.
UCCT QS course need 130k whist some EDxel diploma course fees are around 300k. This article (http://www.qsonline.info/2009/04/blog-post_18.html) has some course fees but it is outdated pls contact the relevant institute and get latest information.
Qs gana godak me blog eken igena gttha. Mama UCCT eke 2018 qs course ekak karanna hithan innawa. Job field eke ema ayathanye qs ekata thiyana pili ganima saha e course eken pasu ma thora gatha yuthu margaya gana tikak pahadili karanna puluwn da?

I think you are going to follow NVQ level 5 QS diploma. It has acceptance equal to other NVQ 5 courses. You may continue till BSc degree from UNIVOTEC(Alternativly you may complete a BSc from a private institute), thereafter passe IQSSL graduate entrance exam and become graduate member of IQSSL. The you can be a chartered QS after APC process.
DeleteMy personal opinion is among the QS courses in Sri Lanka IQSSL course (under CQS) is more accepted and valued than other courses. I would like to propose you to rethink on your decision.

ReplyDeleteNOQ - NVQ indicated acceptance in Sri Lankan Education system.
DeleteIf you followed NVQ 5 level QS diploma(e.g.via in UCCT or in technical colleges)then you can pursue you education till degree from UNIVOTEC (see above my reply dated 01/Oct/2017). In this path you can go till chartered.
NIBM- It’s a new diploma but it’s not clear(in their web site) the possibility to continue education further after the Diploma which is a key thing when you are selecting a course(see my article http://www.qsonline.info/2017/04/blog-post.html). Please ask from NIBM on the possible route to go till chartered(IQSSL) after you complete the diploma (also verify their response from respective institutions). However, I think you may enrol to Edexcel BSc degree programmes of various private institutes after the NIBM diploma.
